Radisson Blu Hotel, Durham

Excellent location, lovely big room with a comfortable bed. I really liked that there was a water station outside my room. The breakfast was tasty.

A separate shower would have been better, although the water pressure was excellent!

Very clean and modern entrance and bedroom. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. Great location.

Breakfast was fine not amazing. Could hear the tv from next doors wall quite loudly.

Lovely breakfast and location

Pre booked a double bed which turned out to be two singles shoved together. Therefore a gap in the center of the bed which was just so uncomfortable. Mentioned this on check out and was just dismissed .

- Good hotel for a short stay in Durham - The lady at the reception kindly allowed to delay the check-out until 12:30 which was important for my schedule

- I think the bathroom was for disabled person (so with a very small sink), but still good

Lovely location within walking distance of train station. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade, so had a beautiful view of the river. Room was fantastic with everything you could possibly need. Reception and bar area was great.

The only thing was the breakfast experience. The buffet was pretty standard, and the coffee machine ran out of coffee (and I couldn't find anyone to tell). Considering the price paid, it may have been better to have table service for the hot drinks and food, and buffet for the cold items - cereals and fruit etc.

Its location is perfect . Really nice view of the river . Parking very convenient . Used the spa which was great. Also loved the breakfast .
