"Good"

The Novotel was a real disappointment. It was not nearly as nice as it looked in the photos. The rooms are pretty barebones.The beds and pillows were surprisingly uncomfortable. The staff was surprisingly unhelpful. To top it all off, they charge 10 euros per hour for late checkout...no exceptions.

"Good but issues "

Iron broken, the room at night was not nice as the main door of the room was having a gap in between the floor level and the light was passing to our room during the night.

"Good hotel for business trips, pricey breakfast"

Good hotel, near public transport, clean, good sized rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was rather expensive at over 19€ per person.

"Great stay but hot water not always on demand"

Friendly staff; clean, spacious, an newer room. But early checking fee at 10:00 of €15 when the room was available + no hot water on Sunday morning was unacceptable. FD Team did Refund €15 early checkin fee when I thought I should not have paid that anyways and 1/2 of the room price should be discounted. Hot water for a show is a necessity.

"Average to good"

Overall nice hotel, toilet seat a bit stained. Parking expensive and a bit of a pain. Minor issues nothing to worry about

STAFF VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. LOCATION GOOD FOR TRANSPORT LINKS. WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT IF THERE HAD BEEN A RESTAURANT FOR EVENING MEALS ALTHOUGH NTO A REAL PROBLEM BECAUSE OF TRAM TRANSPORT
