The Globe Inn

The room was spacious and comfy, staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with how good it was, the scrambeled eggs & omlette were delicious and the gluten free bread/roll they served was so so good.

One downside was there was quite a bit of noise from cars on the main road so it made it difficult to sleep properly with the windows open.

The hosts were fabulous. Very friendly and the breakfast lady (Sue?) was delightful.

No choice of a slim pillow but this is across the board, no-one ever offers a slim pillow and, to be fair, we have given up asking as there is not normally one available.

It was a very pleasant stay, the room is freshly refurbished with comfortable beds and very clean. The breakfast was good.

We had a fantastic stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the meals were lovely. We travelled by car, but once there found the bus stop just down the road and used the bus service. Very easy to get round and about. We would highly recommend a stay at the Globe Inn.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. The only thing I could think of would be the busy traffic early in the morning. With the window open when it was hot did mean we woke up early. But not really a problem.

Lovely room, very clean and well presented. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Friendly welcoming staff.

Our 3 night stay was very pleasant and the Globe Inn provided good value. Our room was comfortable and clean and offered all that was required. The Breakfast was good and the Evening meals purchased were acceptable.

Great service Just lack of meat in the Pie for dinner!!!

This is our fifth stay here and we come back because the rooms are comfy, food is excellent and the staff and locals make us welcome every time
