"Location to city good. Staff were very helpful and friendly"

Staff was lovely and helpful

Very dated. TV had poor signal so Couldn’t watch TV Toilet didn’t flush great. Shower cubicle needs replacing.

"My review on Cotswold cottage in summertown"

The bed was super comfy, right next to bus stop to city. The manager was so friendly and helpful.

The shower head is very small. Shower wasnt very good, the fan in there didnt work nor did the heater in the bathroom. The tv worked but some channels didnt and crackled when it was on. There wasnt much sound proofing, could hear people leaving slaming doors and can hear things in other peoples rooms as well.

"A perfect place to stay in Oxford, 10 minute drive to the centre (where I had an early appointment)."

Very comfortable room - slept like a baby! Very clean and a lovely shower. I had a room at the side, which was very quiet - even when I opened the window to listen to the dawn chorus.

"Lovely breakfast but room needed updating."

The room and bathroom were very clean. There was plenty of tea and coffee available. It was very useful having a fridge. The continental breakfast was great. There was a large selection of lovely fresh fruit, yoghurt cereal and toast and eggs were available too.

Three beds made the room overcrowded.. There was only one bedside table and light. The overhead light shade was broken. The shower head wouldn't stay in position and the flow was very light. It was rather shabby and needed updating.

"Heel fijn gehad, voelden ons erg welkom!"

Mark was super vriendelijk, enthousiast en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was ook top, veel fruit en lekkere eitjes. De kamers voldeden prima, alleen de waterdruk zou nog wat omhoog moeten. Verder niks mis mee!

De waterdruk is een beetje laag, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.
