Owner Mark was super helpful, lady doing breakfast was not so. Bed super soft, location very good, had view of wooded area even though on main road with no road noise.

I loved the relaxed atmosphere.

Mark the manager was very helpful. He moved his car so that we could park ours safely. Good continental breakfast. Lovely lady served us and made us boiled eggs.

Couldn't get the TV to work. Recommended a shower mat in the shower as it's very slippy.

Lovely property, it give you a country stay feeling. We all were happy with the stay and the breakfast was delicious. The service we were given was wonderful, thank you

The location is good. I’ll be at the Banbury Road. It was an old-fashioned house with old-fashioned fittings but they welcome was friendly and warm.

Decent value B&B accommodation with parking. On a main road with plenty of buses available to get to and from the city. Walkable if you're in the mood. The nearby suburb of Summertown is pleasant and well serviced. Mark, the manager, is very helpful.

The accommodation was generally pleasant, comfortable enough for a couple of nights and ok for the price but many parts of it are in need of renovating.
