The location is brilliant for Chester city centre, the room was lovely, nice and clean, fresh milk in the fridge was such a nice touch The staff were so helpful with our late check in, and helped with finding parking, so friendly! The room was just really nice to be in, nicely decorated, comfy bed, I'll absolutely be staying here again

Lack of storage, hanging space and overall size of the room

It was very central to the old walled city. The room had coffee and tea making facilities.

The stairs were difficult to negotiate especially with luggage. The bathroom and shower were very small. The shower was difficult to work. The room was cold - the fixed heaters were not working and there was no other form of heating.

Ideally placed guest house, literally across the road from the city centre, a 2 minute walk from the castle and museums, 5 minute walk from the race course. Loads of fabulous pubs near by.
