Gwyndra House B&B

So welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at gwyndra for two nights Friday-Sunday. The owners were incredibly friendly and informative. Both were as helpful and as lovely as possible, hot breakfast was available and it was perfect. My only criticism would be to have a radio on in the breakfast room, it was very quiet and we were a little conscious about making other guest feel uncomfortable whilst eating. The room was a good size with an amazing shower, very comfortable. We will be staying again in the future, we look forward to seeing you again soon x

Room was immaculate and Jackie was the best host we could hope for. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend for a base for Eden and Heligan.

Excellent B and B with easy parking on site . Nothing too much trouble for the owners . Breakfasts very good with their porridge a must have . Perfectly situated to get to the Eden Project by either car or bus and also the Lost Gardens of Heligan are an easy drive . Good restaurants nearby in Charlestown , which is only a mile or so away and we also liked the White Hart in St. Austell itself .

Jackie the host is lovely nothing is too much trouble. The guest house is a few mins walk from st Austell railway station. It’s an ideal base for Eden and Heligan.

Our stay for the 2 nights couldn’t have been better. We slept very well and woke up to a wonderful full breakfast. The host was very accommodating and friendly it was like home from home. Would 100% recommend the Gwyndra guest house. Cornwall is very expensive high season, we hit the jackpot finding this. Shower was high quality and towels were super think and long, we felt like kings & queens. Thank you Jackie for the most wonderful stay xx

Like - hospitality. Quirkiness of property/room. Separate entrance. Dislike - general cleanliness was good, however there were some hairs from previous occupants in the shower plughole

Very friendly hosts with good cooked breakfast. Off street parking was a plus.
