Gwyndra House B&B

Gwyndra House is in a perfect location for anyone travelling by train or bus. The host was friendly and helpful--excellent breakfasts and fresh flowers in the bedroom!

Spotless and beautiful, spacious room. Jackie couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. And the breakfast was top notch with awesome special porridge. Fabulous location near the train, but very quiet setting.

We had a lovely room that overlooks the garden. The room was clean and tidy and Jackie made us feel very much at home. It was walking distance to town and so we walked down to the local pub and enjoyed the evening with the locals . A visit to Charlestown is a must.

Excellent room, excellent breakfasts, very convenient for the train and bus stations and easy walk into town. A great centre for exploring the surrounding area.

The hosts Jackie and Jim were very welcoming and went out of their way to give advise and make me feel at home. The breakfast was amazing and my room very comfortable. The position so close to the train and bus station and the shops/pubs/cafes etc are also close by. A very good bnb! Would love to stay again if I ever get the chance!

Had a lovely stay at Gwyndra House, Jackie is a great host, excellent location, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfasts delicious all in all a very friendly,quiet and brilliant place to stay we will return and recommend.

Interesting old building well adapted for B&B. We especially liked the dining room furnishings.

What's not to like here, comfy bed, very clean, Jackie and Jim are the pefect hosts (Jackie also makes the best bacon sandwiches), good wifi, no problems parking. Room perfectly situated so you can watch the sunset from bed. Great location for a base for touring the county. Second visit, will not be the last. Fabulous.

Our 4 night stay was very enjoyable, our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Jackie and her husband was very friendly and helpful when we were planning our days out. Breakfasts were delicious. We could hear traffic noise from our bedroom at night.
