Очень красивый отель. Территория большая, зеленая. Вкусная еда. Загляните обязательно в спа, дойдите до boat house. Вечером играет джаз. Прекрасный пляж. Если хотите спокойный расслабляющий отдых high class (но без понтов)- Вам сюда! Очень хочется вернуться!

"Good"

This is a high-end resort positioned right under the mountain at Le Morne. This review takes account of the very high standards the resort sets itself, and the luxury price tag it comes with. Overall, the resort is beautiful, well maintained and looked after. However, with the odd honourable exception Mervin in the Beach restaurant!) the service is charming but vague. One day our bedroom wasn’t serviced until 5.30 pm, the Thai restaurant East is pretty mediocre and although the staff try hard, the service is pretty hit and miss. I don’t have a lot of experience of this type of resort, as we usually stay in a villa, but I must admit I was expecting it to be a bit more switched on. ‘The Beach’ restaurant food is by far the best on the resort - you have to book in advance but I’d really recommend you do.

"Not value for money"

The location is amazing, however the building are not in great conditions and the food quality is way below what you pay. The first day we have to change 4 bedroom to find one good enough to sleep, smell of mold and toilet was the reason. The day after we had to move again room since was not the same category we’ve book. The staff is really nice and they try always to fix the issue, however base on the expectations we had of the place is not value for money.

Very quiet around swimming pools. No music which is strange. Even if quiet this would be better. Also very expensive buffet for what it is. Not worth it. And not worth the all inclusive option. Limited options for evening entertainment. Drinks extremely overpriced.

Spa was lovely. Room was clean but starting to be a little run down eg the tiles on the floor were chipping/tub had stains. Mini bar not serviced well or just forgotten. Staff communication poor. It was my bday on 1/9 they never advised when the would drop off the cake I requested when i checked in 28/8, I called at 7pm asking, after some fumbling they advised that they would drop it off at 830pm as this is when they normally do,It arrived at 905. Recommendation: if a guest is asking for something and you already have it (because you didn’t forget) don’t make them wait. Not nice to irritate the guest on their bday. I thought they forgot and it just left a bad taste. Every hotel I have ever stayed at have promptly placed this in the room so that it greets the guest and well as a kind Birthday message on a card. It’s just a nice gesture. On checkout I asked for my luggage to be taken out of storage and given back in hand, and they went and handed it to the driver. I then sat on the stairs in the driveway opening my suitcases shuffling things around. Not a good look. Between 530-7pm I was advised that no kitchen is open when I ordered a meal at the bar. They then pointed out that they would go over and above and make my meal. Firstly, don’t make the guest feel like they are an imposition and are causing you issue. Secondly you have 24hr room service surely there must be a way. Perhaps just be a little more obliging and say, happy to take your order
