Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore

Took Executive Suite that's why room was clean & spacious, near Main market is a plus point. Food & beverages staff at Citrus were very friendly & nice. Would like to mention the name of Mr. Devendra, Ms. Neha & Mr. Shivankar who were very sweet & friendly. Mr. Kamal from housekeeping also deserves appreciation. Food was tasty & fresh.

Lemon Tree, Indore...Please change your front desk staff!!! Very cold behavior, didn't inform anything, you can only survive if you have visited property earlier. You people provide only one master key without which elevator won't work. Tell me if you need to go out with few people at room, how will you go? & on top of it becoz your reception people don't have professional behavior like Mr. Zeeshan who again & again ask for intro & need for two keys leaving us irritated & humiliated. Your front desk staff members are leaving such bad mark & if you give feedback they just nod head like clueless clowns. ( I am talking about married lady on reception whom name I forgot). She was least interested in her job. BUT Sushmita took my feedback & promised to convey it but other married one was a DISASTER!!! Change or train your front desk people else you will loose all your customers. For sure I & no one from my family/ friends coming back. 👎

Excellent location! Amazing staff. Good food ! Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Prasann was an excellent steward n took care of us for the entire stay. the Manager Gautam was also outstanding in his behavior n hosting. breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. Likewise Room Service was vey prompt n good.

The shower box in the toilet was defective in that water massively leaked from under the flass wall into the dry area of the toilet.

Everything. Welcoming staff at reception providing all info. Very helpful staff. Would like to specially mention about Chef Ashok, Ms. Neha & Mr. Shivankar from Citrus who very sweetly served us & took good care of us. Clean & well maintained rooms. Nice spread of breakfast...

Location, staff and service, room size, facilities and breakfast - all exemplary.

AC was a bit loud and noisy. Their front desk is always busy as they have only one for a big hotel if their size.

The staff were exceptionally good and helpful and it’s centrally located and accessible well Rooms are spacious and breakfast is very good I especially want to thank the manager Mohsin who was very kind and helpful in organising an alternate accommodation when there had been confusion when we arrived early .

The bathrooms despite being very clean look outdated and can do with upgrade

Rooms, staff and food. Close to the major eateries and have malls close by. Centrally located to major of visitor places.

The health center is hardly a gym. For someone who is fitness freak and wants to continue workout will miss majority of their workout. This was the only shortcoming that I felt in the hotel.
