The location of the hotel (centrally located and accessible), the size of the room, breakfast spreads, and the most importantly the hospitality of the staff (Shivankar, Neha, Goutam, Chef Ashok) made our experience memorable.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms.

Thought breakfast was included, so I was surprised with the additional bill. However, the meal was good and the price reasonable.

The location is good. There are many malls around.

Unfriendly staffs, bad introduction, bad services. 1. We came late in the next morning because our fly was cancled. The checking run smoothly without any help from the staff. And the guys standed in our room like asking for the tip. Big No. 2. We booked for 2 in suite. But no towers, everything only in one set. NO warm water until 23:30 in the same day. The windows were brocken. Hence, it was so loud and cool in the night. 3. Talking with the manager didnt help. He said he would try to do something. It ended up with nothing. Even an apology. 4. Breakfirst was ok. Asking twice for coffee. However, everything was tastety.
