The location is amazing, view from our room was amazing, the outside and indoors pools were nice, room was comfortable, and the hotel looked cool

We had a great stay here, with attentive staff, large rooms and a beautiful view onto the sea. We didn't didn't take advantage of the different amenities since we went out a lot, but we could see ourselves staying in for a couple of days.

Nothing to say, it was what we expected.

The breakfast was excellent. We had a great room overlooking the sea at the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good, easy access to the old town, yet not too close to the city. Weather seemed to be a little better as the hotel is located in Câmara de Lobos on the lower‑lying western side of Funchal which has slightly better weather than in Funchal city center, and much better than up the hill. In March when we travelled this can make a big difference.

The Hotel is 5 star and has all the Spa facilities associated with a 5 star hotel. I would expect to have to pay for individual treatments but access to the facilities like the sauna, steam rooms and jacuzzi cost 15 euro per person per hour which seemed unnecessary as this is why you are paying for a 5 star.

El personal era encantador, la comida era muy variada, la ubicación es fantástica y el hotel está fenomenal.
