Personale gentilissimo buona cucina isola pulitissima e molto verde con alberi secolari all'interno

soggiorno in Ocean villa troppo rumore da parte delle golf car tutto il giorno e tutta la sera che portano avanti e indietro gli ospiti delle stesse se si è nelle ville all'inizio si rischia seriamente di non dormire

My money was stolen from my wallet. More than 270 USD dollars were stolen from me. They thought they are smart because we only trusted to keep our belongings in the room. Not a safe place to bring any money or anything valuable with you !!! Only get your card with you !!!

View from the beach villa

i am not satisfied with my birrhday celebration cake , was promised 500 gm cake but was offered a pastry instead , staff at water sports facility are not very informative thet dont pick up calls saying that phone is not working every time we had to walk to the water sports place to enquire about the tours if they are cancelled no information is given. Not very satisfied with the spa massage.Didnt know that for suba diving we need to book 48 hours bedore flying.Information regarding water sports activities is not given properly.

Location is good and not too far from Velana airport

Guest relations executive Uresh was exceptionally rude and not helpful at all. Tried to force us to change rooms in the middle of the vacation in tactless and aggressive manner. For premium all inclusive there were a lot of things that required extra payments like for example, one meal included in the package in only À la cart restaurant but if you want to order à la cart then that’s extra payment, coconuts paid extra, some of the cocktails from the cocktail bar are charged extra and so on.
