très bon emplacement. Parking sécurisé. Appartement spacieux.

La porte d'accès à l'appartement n'est pas évidente à fermer. Des petites réparations seraient nécessaires comme le joint d'étanchéité de la porte d'entrée, les joints de la douche à refaire et une vitre cassée à une fenêtre
