Personnel à l'écoute qui a tout fait pour répondre à notre souhait pour changer d'appartement du rez-de-chaussée à l'étage. La petite piscine intérieure est appréciable en cas de mauvais temps. Appartement très propre. Site agréable.

Différence de qualité entre certains appartements: Rez-de-chaussée sans terrasse et un peu vétuste et 1er étage avec terrasse et très propre)

C'est un charmant lotissement à proximité de nos points d'interet

Nous avons eu froid la nuit, nous ne pouvions chauffer que la salle de bain et pas mal de bruits venant des autres appartements.

Swimming pool. Breakfast.

No fridge, no coffee maker, finicky TV, prefer some English news channels, etc which we usually get at other accommodations when traveling. Advertised with view of lake, but none from our rooms. Given a two-bedroom suite when only needed one bedroom. Paid for the ‘lock off’ that didn't need. Should have been given the one bedroom and the more cost-effective and logical option. We weren’t given the option. Locating the check-in was not that easy. Parking underground difficult with lights not working in our parking area.

The atmosphere around the bar and pool area was great, the bar and staff were very amenable and able to help us where they could. The car park was secure and very convenient for our room. We were much happier when we moved to an apartment following a misunderstanding around the booking and we are grateful for the ease with which the staff helped us. The position on the hill is fantastic for views over the lake and morning sunrises were spectacular. And the pillows were surprisingly the best single pillows we had ever experienced.

The facilities were tired and unloved. When booking it seemed that this place had it all, the gym, steam and sauna, WiFi and other activities. However, we were surprised to have missed that WiFi did not extend to the rooms and that the installed air conditioning units were not functioning; making the stay somewhat less comfortable in the heat. The sun loungers by the pool seemed to be designed to be uncomfortable to discourage too much lounging. A couple of simple changes and improvements would make this place excellent.

Man spührt auf der Matratze jede Feder, auf dem Boden liegen währe wahrscheinlich bequemer gewesen. An den Lampen hingen Staub und Spinnweben In der Badewanne gibt es keine halterung für den Duschkopf. Mir ein Rätzel warum nicht, platz währe genügend vorhanden

L' emplacement très proche des montagnes et a 15mn du Lac a pied, une location de vélo a 7mn a pied et des bons restaurant a env 10mn aussi. Le petit déjeuner très agréable sur une belle et grande terrasse.

Chambre spartiate , qui accuse les années "nombreuses traces sur les murs..." de grosses traces d'infiltration d'eau sous le Velux, de nombreuses toiles d'araignées au plafond et sous le lit, le ménage laisse aussi a désiré "poussière sous le lit, sur la tête de lit et applique lumineuse " et une petite dernière : la climatisation qui faisais un bruit de roulement grippé "impossible de dormir avec ce bruit" et la personne a l'accueil qui me dit "vous avez été surclassé, normalement vous ne devriez pas avoir la clim..."

Il faut venir rien que pour le chien à la réception
