Come and go nice and quiet

Very nicely decorated. Situated in a small village. Would recommend people book a table in “Spelt” as the local pub has closed.

There were no snacks left at accommodation as advertised. Would have liked to have been able to open door to balcony in bathroom as our room was very hot, but there was no key. There was a fan in the bedroom but my husband found it too noisy to sleep.

Convenience

It's a good looking place and you get to use shared spaces - kitchen, dinning and sitting room. Room was clean and the area is nice.

You are required to do dishwashing, but the plates in the kitchen are huge and do not fit the dishwasher. The description promises cookies, water and hair conditioner that were not provided. There's a coffee maker in the kitchen, but only two non-decaf coffee capsules were provided for all the guests. The entry code wasn't working and we had to call them in the rain to get access to the property. We paid a premium price for an ok facilities.

Fantastic place to stay!

It's an amazing place to walk into. The lounge area is beautifully decorated yet funky, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room. It's like turning up at a very nice house that I'd like to live in. The room we stayed in was large, comfortable and very quiet. The bed was fully made up, plenty of pillows and whilst some may view this as minor, the remote control for the TV worked fully!! (quite a few places can't say the same). All the rooms downstairs and the room we stayed in were exceptionally clean. We stayed there as a useful overnight en route to Bude, I'd happily stay there again. Worth noting that the communications from Ginger Peanut are excellent.
