Upon arrival, Wendy and Phil welcomed us into their guest house, lovely hosts, very informative and we chatted like friends. The room was lovely, well decorated and very clean, with en-suite bathroom and a cupboard with a mini fridge in where you could hang your clothes also. A fantastic breakfast (ordered the evening before by a tick box basis) whereupon we had the full English and what a breakfast it was, it kept us going all day. As it was Easter Sunday, we came down to our breakfast table with a surprise on the table of a home made Easter bundle of eggs/home made fudge/cadbury mini eggs and mini kit kat. A very nice gesture. Very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a few tips of where to go on walks. All in all, a very comfortable relaxing stay. Thank you Wendy and Phil, we will be back I am sure.

What we didn't like was the fact that we had to come home. Our three night stay was just what we wanted.

"The owners were lovely and couldn’t do any more for you. There was some nice touches in the room like milk in the fridge"

It was very clean and cosy. The room was very nice and had everything you needed like home from home. It was very quiet and was in a good location.

Could have had a better parking space. The owner was very nice and allowed my husband to park in his space.
