Phil and Wendy are so welcoming and so friendly right from the moment we arrived, always chatting to us as if they had known us for a while. Breakfast was also amazing! Many options and brilliant timings, not too early and not too late! We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

"Excellent b&b, very welcoming, clean, tidy and relaxed"

Lots of attention to detail - jar of biscuits, a mini facial toiletries jar, a sew kit - but all personalized Mini snack bar on landing with honesty tin.

Perhaps a later breakfast time up till 10am

Lovely room, clean and hosts were very attentive. Some nice personal touches in the room with plenty of teas, coffees, fresh milk and biscuits. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. Will definitely be back
