Very clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast was brilliant, couldn't fault it at all. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, great to talk to, always so polite. Location was perfect in terms of distance from the beach and also there's a lovely Indian restaurant just around the corner too which was very nice.

Couldn't find any faults really.

We really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. Very friendly and accomodating. Very good location. We loved the breakfast and owners really made us feel welcome.

"nice place near prom"

proximity to seafront fairly quiet local shop nearby good room with TV and ceiling fan as very warm good breakfast

a little noisy as near traffic lights and junction but not a main road

"A lovely place to stay"

Our host were very welcoming and full of local knowledge. Our room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good. Had a ceiling fan in the room, this was great as we had a little heatwave on our visit.The honesty tuck shop on the landing was brilliant. Never had seen this before.

The water pressure in the shower was really bad.

Room 8 nicely decorated with good quality bedding even with window open road noise is minimal, pre order breakfast , 3 parking spots on site

Shower not very powerful but enough to get clean
