"Great location and lovely building with excellent staff"

Graham was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The building was lovely and we had a comfortable spacious room. Our dog was accommodated for brilliantly and we felt very welcome

"Very good value, truly amazing breakfast"

Our room was very spacious and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Even home made marmalade. The best breakfast we had in a long time everything cooked to demand and beautifully presented.

Perhaps the decor wasn’t to my personal liking.

Breakfast was lovely, Sue has real care for her guests, every detail was thought of from gluten free options at breakfast to gf biscuits on the tea/coffee tray in the room. We truly felt cared for.

Very comfortable stay, loved it here. Booked because of the proximity of several nature reserves, but was so much better than I’d expected, especially for the price. Spacious room (Arthur 3) with mini fridge, air con, tea and biscuits etc. Brilliant breakfast and Graeme was a great host, we will return!
