"Would definitely stay again"

Room was a bit rustic but that’s sort of what we were expecting. Still had all the appropriate facilities cold & hot running water. Tv was connected to WiFi, tea coffee biscuits. Old school drawing room with books etc which was lovely. Breakfast room delightful and food was top notch. Nice quiet vibes

"Lovely hosts, comfy, and quiet."

I liked the fact that it is not a chain, and the hosts / owners were lovely. 🙂 I can also strongly recommend the breakfast omelette.

The only slight negative was that the shower was not great, but I suspect this has more to do with a lack of water pressure than anything else.

Located in a quiet area. Excellent breakfast.

Very dated almost retro stepping back to the 80's. Not a 4 star property! Rooms need updating.

"Very comfortable, relaxing stay with an amazing breakfast."

Really lovely location, staff were so kind and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! The bed was also very comfy!

The kettle in the room could do with a clean as was riddled with limescale so did not have any hot drinks but the selection was amazing with complimentary biscuits.
