Everything was perfect. Rooms were big and clean, breakfast was good and the location is convenient to access hikes in Exmoor National park. We enjoyed listening stories about hotel told by owners.

Small B&B hotel, deep in the Exmoor countryside. Wonderful proprietors. The room and setting were absolutely beautiful.

Host was very hospitable and attentive to little details ,made us feel very welcome Lots of choice for breakfast Crisp white linen on tables for breakfast with lovely view of surrounding areas Lots of local beauty spots within easy reach

Due to nature of area and water supply shower wasn’t very powerful and a bit noisy but it didn’t spoil our stay We needed to plan ahead for evening meals as nearest restaurants shut at 8/830…we arrived too late our first night but after that not an issue..and not the responsibility of host

We liked everything about this property. We had a lovely welcome from the owners and the apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. very comfy beds and lovely soft towels. The grounds were beautiful too. Fabulous views.

gorgeous garden, amazing trees, lawn and plants, beautiful rural countryside, just a minute away from Woody Bay Station for steam train.

Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Location good for other areas we visited.

Second night rather a lot of walking backwards and forwards from guest up above room!
