Lovely breakfast and owner. From previous reviews knew it would be old fashioned /worn but it was but very clean and full of character.

Quite pricey for shared bathroom room but options around were limited

Very friendly and relaxed. Quiet location but an easy 20 minute walk into Esher high street.

Shower was electric so not blasting but perfectly ok

A home from home feeling, great location and a lovely breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet. I did wake up to something scratching/eating something in the floor boards. This did not hinder my stay though

Could do with updating

Location was easy to find. Staff was so kind and helpful. I travelled alone with my son and felt safe. good value for money. Shared bathroom which I was aware about and had no issues with. Room was clean. Had a sink in the room which was handy. Would stay here again.

It went beyond my expectations. Fantastic host, lovely atmosphere.

Lovely man. House in desperate need of update. Bed good needs a lot more staff .breakfast was fair, but fried eggs broken yolks. chipolatas, not sausages. I don't want the owner to feel bad as he was so nice. But for the money I would expect a lot more

Dirty, very old, and expensive for one night. Breakfast, poor. Owner very friendly. Just needs more help.

Lovely clean accommodation. Welcoming staff and good facilities in the room. Parking space provided.

A little tricky to find - better signposting would be advantageous!
