Quiet and within easy reach of venue i was going to.

It was very dated...very much like going into someone's personal home.

Location was good and parking was available. The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively quiet. Staff were on hand when we arrived and left

The place is very run down and needs a lot of updating. The shower cubicle plastic tray was damaged and the sink was cracked and behind the basin there was a lot of dirt. The breakfast was poor and we didnt have it on the second day and ate in a nearby cafe. There was a problem with the wifi and so we used our phones. The garden at the back was large but completely overrun and so not v attractive.

The location, just 10 min. from Sandown Park Racecourse. And Charles, the owner-manager was absolutely amazing!

A bit old, but that’s most of UK homes

Lovely house, a little outdated and the bathroom wasn't very nice but reasonably priced and included decent breakfast. Very convenient for hampton court which was primary reason for staying
