프론트 직원들도 매우 친절했고 청결상태도 좋았습니다. 또한 공항까지 샌딩서비스도 무료로 편리하게 이용할 수 있었기에 마음에 들었습니다. 다음에도 칭다오로 출장간다면 다시 이용 할 예정입니다.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and obliging. They were patient given we didn't speak Mandarin and the use of apps like Papago made communication easy. The bar staff were amazing and let us add our own recipes to their drinks menu.

Excellent service at the front desk and breakfast table. Especially the front desk service staff Ms Chang Nan, as there were not enough cleaned rooms during check in, she upgraded our deluxe room to a suite for our 2 nights stay. Most breakfast service staffs were warm and friendly especially the restaurant manager and the lady staff stationed at the entrance, always welcoming guests will a smile, will definitely go back in future.

호텔의 얼굴인 프론트에서부터 친절함과 한국인을 향한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 한국어 통역직원은 매우 유창한 언어로 체크인시 느끼는 어려움을 잘 해결해 주셨고, 특히 Assistant Manager인 Andy Li직원은 이 모든 일을 잘 관리하고 세세하게 배려해 주었습니다. 전반적인 호텔 편의시설과 특히 조식메뉴는 전 세계 어디에 내놔도 손색이 없을 정도로 풍성하고 신선하고 맛있었습니다. 다시 청도를 찾더라도 꼭 다시 이곳을 찾고 싶습니다.

잘쉬었다고 룸이 너무 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 직원중에 wei li 가 특별히 친절했고, 한국어할줄알아서 도움이 많이됬어요~
