It was a nice and clean hotel. The walls were fairly thick, so we didn’t hear our neighbors, which was nice. We only stayed one night, and didn’t eat at the hotel because there are a lot of restaurants nearby. We chose the location

The problem is to do with Expedia. I have booked the entire trip with Expedia as you keep asking to extend my trip reservation with the hotel, but ended up you collected my IHG membership details but the hotel not treating me as a loyal returning customer because I booked through Expedia which they considered as sold you at very low prices and deprived me from any points recognizing my stay. This is terrible of Expedia - making money from both side; particularly from a customer that booked a pretty good hotel through you.

Very nice hotel. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They even had a surprise desert in my room on my birthday with a card. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.
