"Over all it was an ok stay just never had that problem with the sister hotels."

My room the TV didn't work the sitting chair was broken. Toilet when you sat on it felt like you were going to fall.

"If the staff knows a room is bad they shouldn’t book it for anyone just to have money."

One of my rooms had a loud air conditioner and the staff didn’t help or call the manager. I spoke with the manager the next morning she said she’d try and help me with a discount or money back on that one room.
