The door key wouldn't work. I got it reset, still didn't work. Third time the clerk came up to my room and had to repeatedly insert the key to get the door to open. I had the same issue when I came back later that night. The tv never worked, said "no signal." I asked for a receipt but the front desk person couldn't log into the computer. She said she called her manager who "had to get dressed to come in to log her back in." I couldn't wait. Said she would email me the receipt, which 14 hours later, I still haven't received. Breakfast was Mexican food spicy - eggs, gravy, etc. Tried a bagel and the cream cheese was gross.

Friendly staff clean room

Door key cards and/or door card readers would not open the door. Had to go to main desk several times to have them rekeyed. Was told it was a systemic problem.

When we were given are cards keys and when we walked up to the room, the key cards didn’t work. I went back down and let the staff know these weren’t working. She then told me they had to stay away from electronics, which I already knew but completely understood why she mentioned it. I said okay, thank you. Went back up to the room, was able to get in and met with a terrible sewage smell. We checked out the bathroom and noticed it didn’t have a shower curtain which was odd. We had to leave the hotel and upon arrival, our key cards once again weren’t working. The card was in my pocket, away from my phone as it was in my purse. Once again, we had to ask the same front desk woman to help. She didn’t even speak this time. Once we returned to the room, we were still met with the same smell and this time the room lights had issues turning on. Had to flicker the switch a few times. We turned on the tv and went to change the channel but realize the tv doesn’t work. It only works to turn on the tv and adjust volume. It will not change channels and also there is a big purple spot right on the tv. Super annoying. We decided to check out the pool and hot tub which we were told is not accessible without a staff member both were dirty. The next morning around 9 we had someone banging on our door, my husband got up to find out what’s going on and they asked us if we were staying or leaving. Checkout is 11.
