Richland Inn and Suites

Every aspect of the stay was great. The staff were friendly, the room was great AND, they had real egg eggs for breakfast plus, great internet!

The privacy and cleanliness also the price

There was no hot water we had to take cold showers. It advertises the suites with bath tubs and there were no baths we were put in a handicap room instead. The window in room 133 which is a ground floor did not latch or lock. We were not informed of the continental breakfast so were unaware of it. We had to ask for extra blankets and pillows for the pull out bed.

Quiet and the staff would always engage in conversations when I’d talk to them.

A pretty nice hotel. Good price, comfortable room, good breakfast. Near shopping and restaurants.

The clerk at check in arranged a first floor room near a door as we gave four hunting dogs. Was a big help!! She was awesome.

Staff was great

The rooms are old and run down.! NO electric plugs by the beds. No covers on the plugs!!
