There was no one at reception for over an hour. As a result I missed my golf time and had to go elsewhere. My advice to others is spend a little more and stay at one of the chain hotels in Sidney.

Found a loose tile in the bathroom. Toilet is too low for an adult and we are over 55+ and no grab bar to assist getting up.. I couldn’t get hot water when using faucet.
