Richland Inn and Suites

The location is good and the rooms are decent.

I spent far too much time and effort trying to modify my reservation. The staff were not helpful, not well informed, and they continued to pass the buck to someone else or make excuses for not knowing how to handle the situation, such as a new computer system, or they needed to talk to their manager. Sometimes there was no one at the front desk, There was not regular room service, no new towels or trash removal, and the back entry door mag key often did not work. The back side of the motel outside is littered with trash.

Bathrooms could be bigger with higher toilets

Front desk gal was wonderful. The price was unbeatable.

The property was dirty and smelled of smoke inside. Sheets smelt like a combination of bleach and smoke. They did not serve breakfast and only very small cups for coffee. Limited selection of items to buy on hand. Staff was pleasant. Checking in took quite a bit of time due to technical errors on their end. Overall the property felt dirty, old/outdated and unsafe.

It was very affordable and dog friendly

price was right, front desk was polite, rooms were clean

The lady at the front desk was not very hospitable very grumpy the one when I checked out was very nice

The Richland in is rich in value

Great for the price although sheets were stained, no outlets anywhere that worked, and no breakfast option.
