"This place is the Disney hotel of White House!"

The staff upon arrival were so welcoming and fast! We loved the cleanliness of the hotel overall, breakfast was enjoyable, I loved having coffee/tea bar available 24 hours. And checkout was a breeze!

The hair dryer in the room barely worked. And I hate finding hair in the bathroom that doesnt belong to me or my family.

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. My stay was great. I had a recently renovated room that was totally comfortable. It was clean and quiet with plenty of nice towels. Breakfast was as plentiful with lots of options. Yes to a return visit.

"Very pleasant and relaxing…outside of the power glitch issue"

Already filled out a survey… But staff was great… literally everyone I spoke with was polite, friendly, and professional.

There had been a power glitch just before we arrived. It took a minute to sort out, because they couldn’t pull up the booking and produce room cards. Need to have a backup in place… Most paying guests, after driving all day, don’t want to wait another hour or so to get into their hotel rooms.
