Hampton Inn White House

There was construction taking place at the hotel And the banner they put up looked like the Hilton logo and so was not seen. The announcement did not make it clear that the food area and gathering area would not be available during the day. It also did not notate the noise that would be heard during the day and evening. But that was not as big an issue as was the clerk when we brought it to his attention. He dismissed the concern and stated nothing he could do. There was no offer of anything to make it right and did allow a manager to be spoken to. Just dismissed us. I did follow up with the manager and was told I needed to Speak with the owner. I tried several days to get in touch with him only to be told he would call which he never did. I finally got a call from the hotel manager who quickly stated it was posted on the web site that they were under construction and when I challenged him in that with it was very hard to see, he just stated that was all that Hilton would allow them to do. He then offered 5,000 points due to the inconvenience which I never received. I have made it a point travel with Hilton as I have had great service with them but this hotel will never be stayed at again by us and it has made me question my loyalty to the brand. Very disappointed and customer services was less than a zero. Do not recommend this place to stay for anyone.

We stayed here December 19-29, 2025. We were on vacation for Christmas plus we have family in White House. The hotel is being renovated. We walked in the first day while the ceiling in the lobby was being painted. The first room they put us in was in need of being renovated. It looked shabby with scratched furniture, old carpet and old bathtub. We asked to be moved. The room we stayed in was ok. Partially renovated with new paint and new carpet. Some of the furniture had paint splatters and were old. The beds were comfy. There was very little outside or inside noise. The plugs in the room were not good....our plug ins would fall out easily. The worst thing about this room was the fan in the bathroom was so LOUD you couldn't hear yourself think! Second worse thing was the sliding door which served double duty as a door for the bathroom and closet. We never got the microwave we asked for. Room #306.
