The properties has great staff very clean and a great location by a couple stores and restaurants.

Do NOT stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson at Crestview, FL. I booked a stay for 4 nights at this place. The day receptionist is by far the worst: very rude and cannot even acknowledge guests properly. I got there on a Thursday evening and the key cards given to me were not working properly. They had to be redone Friday morning and again on Saturday. I finally just gave up on a good set of keys by that time and kept trying with one or another countless times until the door would finally open. The room couch was badly stained to the point that you cannot even sit on it. The towels are stained and look dirty. The ice machine and vending machine closest to my room were both out of order. The worst was when I returned on Saturday night after a long day to find out the room hadn’t been cleaned. I went to the reception and made them aware of the situation. I asked for clean towels and was instructed to put out the trash and dirty towels. I figured they might have somehow just missed the room since it was one of the last ones on the second floor (202) and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Sunday morning, we took off for another day out and returned around 9:30pm again only to find out that the room had not been cleaned again. By this time, I was so mad and upset. I went to the reception again to let them know what happened and just asked again for clean towels for the night. I just felt helpless and frustrated about the whole situation. You can miss cleaning a room once but twice, there is just no way. At this point I just didn’t care because I would be leaving the next day. I just came back to the same dirty, nasty room to write this very upsetting review. Do NOT stay here as the rooms are not cleaned daily and the place is not managed properly. I will not ever stay at this hotel ever and if you don’t want to have a horrible experience, just don’t come here and book elsewhere. The same receptionist was there when I complained both nights and would know exactly who left this bad review. I would rate it a zero if I could. Do NOT stay here!!!

This hotel is old. Elevator didn’t work for 1 day. Both ice machines were broke. Business/Media center didn’t have internet. The beds are terrible! If you are over 40 your whole body will hurt in the morning. Hotel has a must smell to it.

Location was Ok. A bit difficult to get to from the highway. Breakfast as expected.

Small, small pillows. What I call "child toilets"- short and almost on the ground. Elevator went out and we had to haul all our stuff from the 3rd floor with my wifes bad knee and all. And to top it all off - breakfast sucked!
