Excellent location! Room was very spacious. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly!

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

It was bland. Room had a musty smell, bathroom lights didn't work near the gym.

It was nice and convenient to most store or food locations. The check in process and staff was very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good as well.

It wasn't a dislike, the only thing that need attention is the water in the sink does not get hot no matter how long I let it run. I would most definitely stay here again.

Clean and not smelly. Enough space to unload bags for 2 persons.

Curtain shower slipped and the water splashed out. Lack of hooks to hang towels and damp clothing

As far as the hotel goes.. I've stayed here several times over the years and its under new ownership. I think I got a crappy room because of using 3rd party to pay for. The toilet handle was broken and the lock on the door had a dead battery and wouldnt take our card. Its not the staff fault but they never fixed either situation. they just waited till the next day and moved us to a different room. Which was fine with us. I just feel like for the amount we paid for 2 days, they need to do some regular maintenance on some things. In the men's bathroom in the hallway.. the light won't come on.. I had to use my phone light to use the restroom. I like this hotel and will continue to come here. Im not bashing the staff or the owners, the place was clean and comfy and the pool was nice. My kids really enjoyed their stay here. My recommendation is to not try to use 3rd party apps to book, because they dont give you the best rooms. The staff was friendly and I really do appreciate their efforts to make us want to stay. And the ladies that had the 3 hour standoff with booking.com... yall are absolutely amazing and I really appreciate what yall did.. because this wasn't even yalls fault at all. And to the owner Peter.. thank you as well sir

Well booking.com charged my credit card (like theyre suppose to), but on my way to the hotel the hotel kept charging my personal card instead of the virtual card theyre suppose to send to the hotel. Myself and the hotel explained to them the situation and they said there's nothing they can do. Spent 3 hours on the phone with booking.com just to get the run-around. And the staff at the hotel did as well. I think the ladies name was Jane. And she's worked here a long time. Booking.com never tried to even fix the situation and caused my family to miss all of our 4th of July fireworks viewing. The owner of the hotel ended up fixing the problem over the phone from out of state. Booking.com is a complete joke and I will NEVER book thru them again.

Decent breakfast. Easy drive to FWB. AC works great once on thankfully. Friendly staff.

Lobby smells like a wet ashtray. They assured me a no smoking hotel. No tap pay so, even though booking said I paid with a virtual card, they made me pay in person with a different card as well. Currently trying to argue it through booking. Holiday so no other hotel options. First entered room to shower to go to dinner. Found a RAZORBLADE laying on the counter. Hotel is dirty, stained, stinky. Room was HOT and window has a through and through crack. Room is cramped by the huge, clunky furniture. We shoved them to the corners to make walking room. I was nervous about the hotel when booking but saw so many reviews that were great and had the Radisson name so I booked it. Will NEVER make that mistake again. No more Country Inns and no more Radissons. They also were telling people that the rate they got on Expedia was a “glitch” on Expedia and refused to honor it. I heard them tell at least three people this as I was trying to check in. Lastly, there were teens sitting the elevator, vaping, riding it up and down.

Over all satisfied with this property! All staff very friendly. Asked to use the dining room area in the evening to play cards and we were told it was not allowed.

Extremely disappointed in my stay this time I’m a frequent visitor to this hotel and was treated poorly my ac didn’t work and the night shift crew wasn’t helpful at all pretty much told me too deal with it I had too leave early before management came in so I contacted hotels.com about it and the manager told them the same thing my ac was fine and denied my refund horrrrrrrrible experience I’ll pay $30 more a night too stay at Hilton from now on
