Great property.

The bed

Karen, the office attendant. Was very rude and unprofessional The room was dirty. The whirlpool did not have hot water. I paid for that room for that reason. Beer still in the fridge from last person. There were poop crumbs in the toilet. We got in at 1100 exhausted.

Good afternoon we checked in yesterday the date is 9:19 2026 a time was about 12:45 a.m. we met a young gentleman named Ricky who was very nice had very good experience hospitality and a beautiful smile he advisor that if we need anything to let him know we could call or come up to the desk and he would do his best to make sure that we was well taken care of we also met a beautiful housemaid didn't have her name at the time but she worked on Saturday September the 20th time was about 1:00 yeah just got our key situated at the front desk with Ricky a beautiful building and beautiful style I would like to thank you and everyone that plays a part in this hotel thank y'all very very much Patricia Bronson and family's this is my number one spot thank you

Rooms are nicely equipped with the exclusion of available USB ports to charge the numerous electronic devices everyone uses toda!

The quiet.

The last time I stayed here, it was superb, but that was in 2022. This time, cleanliness & smell was lacking. There was hair on the shower walls. The room smelled of mold, but I I travel with frebreeze & cleaning supplies. There were soda cans in the floor between bed & night stand. I had to spray air freshener outside my door it smelled horrible & the carpet was disgusting in hallways & elevator floor was sticky. I had to wipe it with wet towels because I didn't want my luggage & shoes tracking that back into my car. The door hook was broken & not secure. It is disappointing because this is where I always stay when I have to go home to Crestview.
