Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Crestview, FL

I liked our room and the staff was professional and helpful.

We had stayed at the Comfort Suites last year but this year decided to stay at Country Inn with a better rate this go around. 2 queen room was nice and clean and very spacious. The bathroom had some towels that appeared not clean and there was someone's hair in the shower upon arrival which I brought this to the attention of the staff. Breakfast was pretty good with a balance of hot and cold items. On the 2nd day we decided to use the pool and had to ask the front desk for towels and to unlock the gate to the pool which we hadn't been open that day prior to the afternoon. Overall a fairly good stay

Friendliness of the night front desk representative. Staff greeted a minimum.

Towels in the bathroom are not clean and are poor white dingy in color 😢. Also, the housekeeping staff failed to greet us with a good morning.

The building was nice, covet. Guest services was nice. My bathroom had a little hair. But other than that, it was nice.
