We stayed here in February with our children age 8, 12 and 15, plus both of their grandparents. This hotel was perfect in meeting everyone’s needs and we had the best time! We were disappointed that the heated outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool was great! There were some renovations but this didn’t impact our enjoyment. We can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at Mardan today Palace – everything from the service to the facilities was absolutely top class. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful interiors, great food, and a really luxurious atmosphere throughout. A special thank you to Songu, the guest assistant, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The honeymoon surprise was such a thoughtful touch and truly made the experience even more special for us. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommend Mardan Palace and we'll definitely be returning!

Burcu and Songul was amazing.

We had a problem with the service. But the service manager Mehmet and Songul from the Guest Relation Service made everything they could in order to solve our problem and make our stay enjoyable.

Overall service and hotel was very good for young families with children. Lots to do at the hotel for children. Good food lots of options.

Chose this hotel on recommendation, we have been to quite a few spectacular hotels around Antalya and was told this would exceed our expectations, how wrong could that be ! We arrived late evening, hotel looked amazing on first impression but staff on reception came across quite rude, made us sit and wait and then walked us to our room, gave us no information on the hotel, food times or where anything was and left. I can’t moan about the room as that was lovely but where do I start with the rest. The pools were absolutely filthy, approximately 30 sun beds in total around the top of the pool which is a huge area, areas taped off all over the resort, bridges closed off, lots of buildings and bar areas empty and closed along with most of the à la carte restaurants, entertainment and theatre areas all closed, kids water park closed and the beach was a total building site with the whole front of the pier missing later followed by a JCB and Excavator for most of the week digging up half of the beach. Only one row of sun beds on a dirty brown beach with rubbish all along one side, this was far from the 5 star experience we were expecting or paid for. We were advised before travelling by Jet 2 that the children’s theatre was having some work done, one of the pools wasn’t open with an issue and there was some work on the beach that would all be completed by the 4th of April the day before our arrival so we weren’t too bothered but in fact the work hadn’t even started on most of the resort and from what we saw throughout the week this hotel shouldn’t have been accepting guests for at least another month. All in all this hotel was probably quite spectacular a few years ago but is far from the 5 star rating at present and thus shouldn’t be sold as especially as it isn’t cheap and you are not receiving what you have paid for. Totally disappointed in the hotel but the staff from the cleaners to the waiters and waitresses were all lovely and made us feel very welcome but if your looking for a 5 star hotel offering everything you need for an enjoyable luxurious holiday then The Marden Palace is currently far from that.
