Mardan Palace

We've been staying at Mardan Palace for a week as a family, two kids, one almost 3 and another 7 months. Everything is amazing, however I want to particularly shout the absolutely amazing kids clubs, which is by far the most friendly and kind set of employees I have ever come across. Helin, in particular, went out of her way to keep the baby entertained and happy throughout all the days we stayed. We appreciate all the stuff, wish we remembered all of their names! The hospitality overall is overwhelmingly exceptional, I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much everyone for making our family feel so welcome. Outside of the kids club, everything is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were offered a pram the hotel facilitated which is so kind. Food is great, the hospitality is unbelievable and entertainment was thoroughly enjoyable. Special shout out to the following people: Ramazan, Ela, Hasan, Yilmaz all incredible waiters, always supporting us throughout our stay. Sahdea, the special, special housekeeper, who went out of her way to clean the room and occupy our children. We absolutely love you. You are the best. Thank you. Please also try the Pilates with Maria, I started it late and that's the only regret I have, she is absolutely exceptional! Thank you again for making our family feel so welcome.

I am here with my family; myself, my dad and my two brothers. Staying for five days and writing on day 3 - we've had a wonderful time so far. The rooms - large and comfortable filled generously with amenities - my room came with both a bath tub and shower and there were privacy screens between the restroom itself, the shower and the main bathroom. Toiletries provided and mini bar stocked. My favourite part, however, is that each room comes with a private balcony where you can see beautiful views. I can see the water clearly from my own and other rooms I know have grand views of the hotel itself. Activities- my family and I have been enjoying the Lounge room and game facilities as well as the spa and indoor and outdoor pools. We've played bowling, air hockey, enjoyed live singing, musical performances and dances. The spa offers specialised services for a fee, but there is also plenty to do there as a general guest! I've personally been enjoying the Turkish baths and saunas! Conclusion - the architecture is grand and opulent- you feel like an honoured guest here, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the options are more than I can fit in and the at the end of the day I rest incredibly well!

Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Essen und auch der Pool und das Angebot für alle Altersklassen war vorhanden. Buffet am morgen war sehr toll und eine tolle Auswahl.

Leider hat das Hotel auch einige negative Punkte. Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, ist jedoch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne inklusive Dusche war nur schwer zugänglich, was durch einen kaum funktionierenden Duschkopf noch verschärft wurde. Auch die Temperatureinstellung gestaltete sich schwierig bis nahezu unmöglich. Da die Temperaturen tagsüber bereits bei etwa 30 Grad lagen, heizten sich die Zimmer entsprechend stark auf. Auf unsere Nachfrage bezüglich der nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage wurde uns mehrfach mitgeteilt, dass diese nicht eingeschaltet sei, da es nachts noch zu kühl draußen wäre. Stattdessen wurde uns empfohlen, das Fenster zu öffnen. Allerdings befand sich im vierten Stock eine Eventfläche direkt vor meinem Zimmer, sodass theoretisch jederzeit jemand Zugang hätte haben können. Zudem lagen im gesamten Hotel Haare und Schmutz auf den Fußböden. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Stay in Mardan Palace was super amazing because of all the staffs who were friendly, caring, helpful . The check in process went smooth and fast. Rooms were very beautiful and well designed . I really appreciate to Ms Songül and Mr Murat honesty and quick support. They were amazing and so kind seriously. The food was excellent and the view was exceptional, I would definitely go there again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much.

One of the best holliday experience I had. Amazing place with a lot of facilities, friendly staff and delicious food, quite on the seq shore. And the cultural attractions are not far!
