Never ever again. I have stayed in more than 50 hotels, but this one was the most baddest one. I would not even stay there if it was free. - Hotel without AC (they tell your after check in and reaching the room) - Room has shitty smell from the bathroom. Shower and bath water smells like shit. - Poisoning food - VERY BAD EMPLOYEES. I booked for 2 nights and paid € 830,-. Wanted to leave 2 hours after check in, but hotel staff didnt aprove request for free cancellation. Offered them to pay for our 2 hours stay with creditcard, so they can accept our free cancellation, but they did nog accept it. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES OF THE HOTELS WHEN U ARE BOOKING. ITS A TRAP. THEY JUST NEED YOUR MONEY. AFTER THE PAYMENT NOTHING MATTER ANYMORE. They told me if I do not like the hotel, I am free to leave. But there is no refund or compensation. Finally I left about couple hours and stayed at another hotel.

"Monica - a credit to the hotel"

10.0

We wanted to leave special thanks and recognition for Monica in Guest Relations, who completely turned around what initially became quite a difficult experience during our stay. We had issues with the air conditioning not working properly and poor shower pressure, which was frustrating, especially while travelling with a child. Monica handled everything with genuine care, professionalism and urgency, making us feel listened to and truly valued as guests. What impressed us even more was how far she went to help when I needed medicine delivered from a pharmacy to the hotel. She personally helped arrange everything and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Her kindness and dedication genuinely made a huge difference to our holiday and completely changed our overall experience. We also want to give a huge compliment to Gunara and Dalik in the Kids Club, who were absolutely brilliant with our daughter throughout our stay. They were warm, energetic, caring and made her feel so happy and comfortable every single day. She adored spending time with them and looked forward to Kids Club constantly. They are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you again to Monica, Gunara and Dalik for going above and beyond — they are the reason we leave with such positive memories.

"Pretty hotel but the service does not match the look."

8.0

The hotel is very beautiful, and very clean. The food is delicious, with a lot of choice, with great food at the 24/7 restaurant, the drinks are also good, however given it’s meant to be a luxurious 5 star there were a couple of issues. The hotel is very big, and aesthetically pleasing, you’ll have a great walk exploring. Most the wait staff seem friendly usually but not nearly attentive enough I’d say, given it’s a 5 star hotel, the main thing that can be improved upon is speed of service; in the Hurrem lobby bar it will take a while for your drinks to come, even if they take your order straight away, as in you’ll notice the wait and wonder what’s going on, in the main buffet restaurant sometimes it’ll take quite a while for anyone to even come up to you to ask for your drink order and then you’ll be waiting another while for your drink to arrive, after you get a drink you’re forgotten about, you will rarely be asked if you would like anything else, even at the Mardan bistro your order may sometimes come a very long time after the people on your table have gotten their order, even if you ordered at the same time. The tables in the main buffet restaurant are rarely ready for the next group of people, the only time you get a napkin is if you’re the first on that table after that they are then never replenished for the next people, there’s always missing cutlery etc. The service you receive really depends on the waiter/waitress you get as some are definitely better than others but the better ones are rarer which is a shame, the wait staff probably need a daily motivation or something, not sure if it’s to do with new management or maybe there were new employees still being trained? Perhaps it was just the time we went as it was not fully in season yet, as other reviews suggest incredible service which is sadly not our experience, either way I wish the service was quicker, as you don’t get that they care to do a good job feeling from them, it would have made the whole experience a lot better if the staff were better trained in being welcoming and quick. There were so many people in blazers who you’d assume were the management always around but the service did not improve even with their presence, sometimes the people in the blazers would serve in the Mardan bistro but never even crack a smile. The service outside including the beach bars, coffee bar, outside snack areas is better. The spa is pretty but the prices are insanely expensive for treatments compared to other 5 star hotels and there was quite a bit of building work going on throughout the hotel, especially at the beach where there was what seemed like constant loud noises, which we were not informed about prior, there was a literal tractor and digger moving sand, there were even some planks on wood with nails on which had fallen off pier which is being refurbished into the sea, which was quite dangerous. The late check out fee is also a complete rip off, 45 euro per hour, if you have a late flight back you’re better off checking out and just hanging around the hotel rather than paying the extortionate fee. Perhaps some things can be overlooked given the luxurious setting and that the food is great, you might have a better experience as things did seem to improve as our stay went on, perhaps after the refurbishment has been completed and the staff have been fully trained and working peak season. Super pretty place though.

"Marden Palace and Jet2"

6.0

We have stayed at the Mardan Palace Hotel in Antalya three times now, but sadly our most recent visit last week was extremely disappointing. Since the hotel changed ownership, the overall service and standards have noticeably declined, which is why I can only justify giving this hotel a 3-star review rather than the luxury experience it once offered. The one standout during our stay was Ertan Balal in the main lobby bar, who consistently provided excellent service. Unfortunately, aside from him, there seemed to be far too many so-called managers walking around aimlessly without ever asking guests how their stay was or addressing concerns proactively. When issues were raised with reception — including poor electrics in the room and broken tiles — staff simply stated that they had “reported it to management,” implying it was no longer their responsibility. That level of response is unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a luxury resort. I also feel Jet2 should take some responsibility here. It is difficult to believe they were unaware that major refurbishment works were ongoing, yet customers were only informed three days before departure. Had we been properly informed earlier, we would almost certainly have changed our booking to the Fariones in Lanzarote, which is a genuine 5-star experience. My impression is that refurbishment work at this hotel will continue for quite some time. In fact, a member of staff told us the hotel may close next year for a full refurbishment programme. Jet2 could and should have handled this situation far better, especially if their representatives in Antalya were keeping them informed.
