Mardan Palace

We have had a wonderful stay at Mardan Palace and have been extremely impressed with the level of service throughout the hotel. One thing I absolutely loved was the Guest Assistance team communicating with guests via WhatsApp. Every morning they sent updates about the day's activities, shows, and entertainment, which made it so easy to plan our day and ensured we never missed anything. What really stood out was how dedicated the team is to making sure every guest is happy. Whenever there is a problem or concern, they are incredibly quick to respond and do everything they can to find a solution. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. A special thank you to Aleksa from the Guest Assistance Department. She truly went above and beyond for my family and me. We experienced an issue with our room as the air conditioning was not working properly. As I am pregnant and travelling with my family, this was particularly difficult for us. Aleksa took our situation into consideration, listened carefully, and worked hard to find the best solution. She arranged a fantastic room upgrade, which we were absolutely delighted with and which completely transformed our holiday experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests are a credit to the hotel. Thanks to Aleksa and the entire team, we will leave with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to recommend Mardan Palace to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and customer service. Thank you for making our stay so special.

It’s nice just a bit run down the teenagers club staff the girl has a vape on her whilst she is on shift which is not a good role model and the pool table in the kids club is wonky making the pools heated would be nice too

This place really has the WOW factor. When walking in the lounge area it feels expensive and opulent. Food is really good and although you do have to pay a fee for the Al a Cartes they are well worth it. It is a large hotel so not suitable for people with walking difficulties. The entertainment i think has to be the best we have seen in all the All inclusive 5 star hotels we have been too. it was fabulous and well worth the walk to the amphitheater every night. The room we stayed in was a little old fashioned and not a great view, it also had a bath with shower over so not ideal for everyone as bath was very high and people could struggle getting in and out. but i'm sure if you requested walk in shower they would have some available. We would stay again, which is a compliment as i never stay anywhere twice as i always think theres a big wide world out there to try :)

The resort is great! Lots of activities and amenities. Our Pool Deluxe suite exceeded my expectations. The restaurants all served high quality meals. There was live music and entertainment everywhere we turned. And most importantly, the kids club was thr best I've ever seen. It's open from 10am until midnight everyday. There was a large, attentive staff and a full schedule for the kids. We had a 5 year old and a 3 year old. We were able to have a babysitter watch out 3 year old at the club. The kids absolutely loved it. Amir with guest relations was great.

What an incredible 10 days we had! Staff service: absolutely faultless. Whether we were sat in the lobby, or around the children’s pool. The staff are incredibly attentive. It took no more than 30 seconds for someone to notice us sit down, before they came over to offer us any drinks or snacks we may want. Particularly at the pool, staff member Zubeyit was outstanding. He got to know our names and our favourite drinks and snacks. He was there every day with a smile keeping us hydrated! The extra special treat was the ice towels he brought over which smelt Devine and were super refreshing. It’s also worth mentioning the use of a WhatsApp group in the hotel. When you check in, you’re added to a private group. ANYTHING you may need or any query you need answering, is responded to on that group within minutes. We had a few minor snags with our room on arrival which I addressed on the chat, and within half an hour, the repairs were actioned with no trouble at all. Not to mention the updates they provide each day with entertainment on there. Food: I have never experienced such gorgeous food in an all inclusive before. The buffet standard was the best I’ve ever had. The breakfast pastries were a particular favourite for my children. We also ate at the Italian restaurant and fish restaurant too, which were gorgeous. Although I must say, probably not the best for children. However, they were more than happy to accommodate fussy eaters and charged us a smaller fee for this. We visited the Mykonos bar a lot for lunch, as it was a nice change to the buffet and provides table service. The pizzas are the best I’ve ever had! Not forgetting the drinks available, they had everything to offer. All spirits were of high label and serviced with proper mixers such as Schweppes tonic. They also included the likes of Corona bottled beer which was a nice treat. Hotel standards: breathtaking from the moment you walk in. It’s impeccably clean and smells beautiful at all times. Drinks on arrival was a nice treat, and we were shown to our room in person with a full breakdown of where main utilities were located. Pools: always beautifully clean and well maintained. The kids pool was our favourite and a fantastic spot for ease of access to other places, such as the beach, waffle bar, Mykonos bar. Entertainment: the shows are so much better than anything we have ever seen before. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does the occasional ad-hoc “special evening” such as a festival during our stay. They literally transformed the area near the beach into Mardan Fest, which had traditional festival games, drinks being served in wheel barrows, food and snacks, live music and group games. Not to mention that the following morning when we woke up, everything had been cleaned up impeccably like it never happened! Overall: incredibly sad to leave this hotel, and cannot wait to come back. Absolutely faultless. The room was beautiful, food outstanding, staff incredible, entertainment absolutely top! Worth all 5 stars and more

Rooftop bar was great. Rasit Can made fabulous cocktails for a large group of us and gave great service!!

Lovely ambiance, friendly staffs and amazing restaurants.

Mardan Palace is not another type of resort hotel but truly a Palace in every way. It stands out with its majestic facade overlooking the Mediterranean with a private beach. There is so much to do for every age. The staff are very efficient respectful and friendly. I will especially praise the high standards exhibited by Anastasiia in the reception area. Irem was a young beautiful girl who regularly served me and my wife with tea in the lobby. My wife developed a special liking for her as she was very respectful and her English was good so we had no difficulty communicating our wishes and requests . Another person the Bosphorus restaurant was a Turkish chap called Irkan who attended to our table a few times and we were always greeted with open smiles. Restaurant has huge variety to select from. In addition there are many A la cart restaurants to satisfy your particular taste. Arcade and Bowling club downstairs will keep young kids and teenagers equally occupied if they have nothing else to do. My daughter and her 2 young kids enjoyed the most engaging in various activities in the Kids Club and also in the water Park. Another person who impressed us by his kind manners was a chap in the Bistro. And not to mention of Sena and Faseeh in Bistro will be a mistake too. They impressed us with their service and command of English language. Rooms are very spacious and give you a Royal feel.
