Mardan Palace

The kids club is fantastic! The workshops you can book daily and they create lots of different pieces to take home. My child loves crafts so we have done this as well as the 'just turn up' workshops that happen twice a day.

Fantastic hotel, everything that everyone would want from a hotel. I'd like to say a special mention the the hard working entertainment staff who are always available to help and keep us entertained. I'd like to also mention a special thanks to ALP, and Mehmet 👏👍😎

A very special thank you to Yakup, who was serving us by the pool. I can confidently say he is one of the best waiters we’ve ever met. You can genuinely see that he loves his job always attentive, professional, positive, and making guests feel welcome all the time.

We had an amazing stay at Mardan Palace Turkey overall and would definitely return. The drink selection was fantastic and we loved that everything was served in proper glasses rather than plastic cups. The entertainment was brilliant every night — the shows were professional and really added to the luxury feel of the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were amazing, some of the best we’ve slept in on holiday. The only downside for us was the lack of storage space in the room, and surprisingly there was no dresser/drawers which felt strange for a hotel of this standard. Food-wise, we actually preferred the daytime à la carte options to the buffet restaurant. There was loads of choice at the buffet, but we found the food wasn’t always very warm. Personally, we prefer live cooking stations where food is freshly prepared and handed straight to you rather than sitting in trays. The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout the hotel. Special mention to Irem and Dasham who looked after everyone brilliantly at the beach bars and around the hotel — nothing was ever too much trouble. The sun loungers were excellent, all new with comfortable mattresses, and there were beach towels available everywhere which made things really easy. Our only real negative was the location. It’s a little out of town and you need a taxi to get pretty much anywhere. We personally prefer staying on the Lara Strip for easier access to shops and restaurants. Overall though, a beautiful luxury hotel with excellent service, entertainment and facilities.

Love the mardan palace. The entertainers are amazing. We love Alpnat the darts, he was so much fun. Also Mehmet was great. We had a great time here! Would definitley come again

The Resort & Atmosphere Titanic Mardan Palace is absolutely stunning, but what truly sets this resort apart from other luxury destinations is the flawless level of service. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well looked after. The attention to detail across the entire property is remarkable. Standout Pool Service The pool area is a massive highlight. The team working here is exceptionally attentive, and a special shout-out has to go to the staff serving drinks all day on rollerblades! It’s not just a fun novelty; they are incredibly efficient, fast, and ensure you never have to wait long for a refreshing drink while relaxing by the water. A Special Mention The real star of our daytime experience, however, was Halican at the pool bar. As a mixologist, he is incredibly talented, knocking out world-class cocktails all day long. Not only are his drinks beautifully crafted, but he is also genuinely friendly, welcoming, and a absolute asset to the hotel. If you are looking for a luxury getaway where you are truly pampered, I cannot recommend the Mardan Palace enough. We will definitely be

First of all, the place was like a building site. The amount of renovations ongoing was a joke. T&T club was closed 2 days due to a leak, pathways and steps closed due to repainting. The pier was closed as it was being refurbished and the pool had tiles missing on the bottom, which were sharp! This hotel is meant to be luxury, we were told to call 4444 if we needed milk for our twins, we did it 3 times. The first time we were told that the milk was only in the restaurant, so I just went to get it, the second time we waited an hour so I just went to get it and the third time we call and got a knock on the door 2 hours later!! There’s a huge selection of food, but it’s the same every night. The A le cart (Turkish) is ridiculous, everyone was complaining about it, you didn’t actually get to choose f they gave you random dishes. Staff was 50/50 with understanding English, but I suppose it’s the beginning of the season. You’d ask for a straw or a drink and it would go straight over their heads. The cleanliness of the rooms is good, very good. However, we were told the minibar would be filled everyday and it wasn’t, water just wasn’t restocked, which is a shame, it was 25 everyday and we had twins. Very disappointing trip, topped off by the hotel telling me they found my watch, but won’t send it to me because it’s against their policy?! Avoid, goto delphin BE grand - better value for money, this isn’t luxury

I’ve been back for the fifth time in the past five years to Titanic Mardan Palace, but for the first time the hotel is no longer part of the Titanic chain and has been taken over by Sondor. The hotel is still impressive. The lobby is spectacular, with elegant chandeliers and beautiful architecture, and the rooms remain just as luxurious and well maintained as in previous years. The only disappointment was that during the first two days there were renovation works on the beach. The umbrellas were not set up yet, and the noise was not at all suitable for a relaxing seaside holiday. We spoke with the guest relations team, and they explained that the works were expected to be completed within two to three days. We also received a room upgrade, to a duplex suite with direct pool access, where we spent most of that time. After the works were finished, the rest of the holiday was exactly what I expected: the beach looked great, the atmosphere was excellent, and I felt very good overall. The food remained very good, at the same high level as always. I didn’t notice any changes in the drinks either, although I personally don’t consume alcohol. If it weren’t for the renovation issue and the noise on the beach, this would definitely have been a five-star review. However, because of these small inconveniences, I am giving it four stars. That said, I will certainly return to Mardan Palace again and hope that next time everything will be perfect.
