The Royal Station Hotel

Location easy to find. Good and inexpensive parking close by.

Room very hot but just left the window open. Floor boards creaked but it’s an old building, hope it didn’t disturb the people on the floor below.

Friendly staff & lovely comfortable room. Great position near the Carnforth heritage centre. Excellent breakfast…plenty of everything & good service.

There was nothing to not like.

All the staff were lovely & helpful. We ate in the bar both evenings and the food was excellent quality & reasonably priced. We asked if it was possible to have breakfast 30 mins before the normal times which was accomodated without any question. Breakfast was freshly cooked with a nice selection of fruits, cereals and bottomless coffee. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

A great location with cheap overnight parking at the adjacent railway station. Fabulous modern bathroom and comfy bed. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful The breakfast is really good quality and value, and we really appreciated being able to eat earlier than the scheduled time over the weekend so we could make an early start We didn't plan to eat in the hotel both nights, but after the first, we couldn't imagine eating elsewhere. The menu is good and the specials were truly special ! Proper quality ingredients cooked to perfection We will definitely stay here if we return to the area

The staff was friendly and the food was amazing.

There was loud music either coming from the pub next door or from a cricket club conference. It started at 8.30 pm and finished at 11.30 pm. Apart from that, it was quiet most of the time the other days.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent 👌 👍
