Good value for money - breakfast very edible.

Very good service and breakfasts, however decor was in need of attention

This is a Guesthouse not a Hotel as your website infers. On arrival we gave our details over the intercom but were left waiting on the doorstep- we had to repeat the process 5 minutes later to gain access. The sink in the bathroom was not properly secure and did not drain. The toilet seat in the minuscule bathroom was broken and the shower cubicle had mould. Street parking in the adjacent area was nigh on impossible.

The guest House is in a Road of Parking Permit Holders only or 2 hour limit on stay. Took more than 15 minutes on arrival to get a parking spot which has an 11 hour maximum and you have to pay over the phone with your credit card Also you must make sure you have a copy of your booking as you will need key password to get through front door and its says room you are in. No one there at 4.30pm on arrival but we did have an email to that effect. If you were driving and had no access to emails not sure what you could do so make sure you have there phone number on your contacts. Breakfast reasonable. Only small double bed and very small toilet, but did have a fridge and safe and left you cans of coke and tea/coffee etc.

Good hotel,multi carpark not far away, free parking from 8pm to 8am. Then you had to dash to put a ticket on. Breakfast was really good and made to order. Staff were good . Very handy for shops, food and snacks etc. Will stay again. Would also say the rates were very good and with a good breakfast.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast, however, was allocated the wrong room and their was no staff on duty to complain to.

Nice comfortable room, parking is an issue, there is a multi storey 5 mins away but would be nice to park at the property, they do parking permits however never saw anyone at the B&B to get hold of one. ended up with a parking ticket when I was just nipping in to find someone to get one.

Great weekend away. Although not on the doorstep of the main town, it is only a 20min walk with plenty of other shops on route. Parking was available on a first come first serve basis and at just £5 p/n, very good value. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Great place to stay for the weekend, highly recommended.

Stayed here for a couple of night for a birthday weekend. Lovely place very friendly staff and excellent food. Basic rooms and bathroom but very comfortable to stay in.
