"Average, needs updating"

After changing from the bungalow and paying extra, our premium room was okay. Lovely balcony view

Bungalow smelt of damp or cooking oil. Had to put the kettle on the floor to reach the wall socket. Terribly wifi

"Competa is a lovely village with lots of bars and restaurants close to the hotel."

The hotel was in a fabulous location, close to shops, bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and breakfast was very good with lovely views from the balcony to the mountains.

The bathroom could do with updating.

"Not as planned"

We didn't stay in the bungalow it was so bad. Maybe ok in summer but very shabby and run down. We moved to the hotel which was good.

"Great starting point to enjoy the town and the surrounding nature."

Great views from the room. Fine breakfast. Easy walk into the center. Had a problem with the pillows, immediately got a new one as requested.

I asked not to clean and put the sign on the door, but at second day they went in anyway and changed everything. Not a big issue, but should not happen.

The staff including lily were outstanding and very accommodating I will definitely be back to stay again, pay the extra money for the balcony well worth it. The breakfast was lovely too
