It’s very comfortable when staying with children. It’s quite near to the castle and it’s very quiet. Staff is lovely buy I’d have liked to have the room cleaned some day during our stay, and towells changed.
The property had all the items that were advertised. Although they were all very tired, it could do with some better upkeep.

My husband, I and 2 kids stayed one night on our way back from a road trip to Italy and we had a great experience! The apartments are clean with fully equipped kitchen, balcony with view and super comfortable beds. The pool and sauna are family friendly and very relaxing, just steps from the medieval town, the breakfast was delicious and the staff beyond nice and helpful and recommended the best restaurants and activities in the cité.

Good spacious accommodation, friendly staff. Located near to Castle. Suited to people arriving by car as some distance from shops.
Property is pretty worn around the edges -- literally. The first room we (family of 5) were offered was only partially cleaned so we switched rooms. The second room was cleaner but also very dated and showing signs of long-term wear: banged up doors, cracking/flaking drywall seams, very old worn furniture. Beds were on the medium-hard side. The pool area was a highlight for our kids. Also nice the property is gated and the staff were super friendly. We stayed two nights. If you're traveling on a shoestring, this is the place for you.
Our room had no balcony or window just doors so you could not leave a window open at night for air. There was no where to sit outside. The pool is quite small. Good position for the old town.
