The Green Dragon

It was very close to my son who I was visiting.

Could have had the Wi-Fi password in the room and menu. Hot tap in the bathroom if was full on splashed and made a mess on the floor. Could do with a full length mirror. Shower head couldn't be moved around.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff more than helpful.

The restraunt was shut on a Sunday night, which was not made clear at time of booking. No other options for food in the town, but luckily we realised early enough and were able to get something to eat a short drive away. I believe they are planning on opening the restraunt on a Sunday in the near future.

Water flowing from the showerhead is not strong enough and not even distributed.

The location was ideal. The food was excellent and all the staff were so friendly. Being dog friendly is a huge bonus and the resident great dane Arnie is gorgeous!!... We are already planning a trip back there next summer and planning to go with family...Excellent village location for stonehenge and Longleat, which was our reason for staying. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if going to that part of the country in the future. We came from Kent and can highly recommend The Green Dragon!!

Comfortable bed, nice room, great breakfast

Big problem was the vertical blinds that no longer block light coming into the room and allow people to see in. Sunrise meant wake up time

Wow biggest room I have every slept in so many beds it was like a scene for little red riding hood 🤣🤣🤣 Great staff HUGE breakfast really helpful Shame the water was having headaches but super polite and a great car park

Booked the family room and it was huge! Very comfy beds and good tea/coffee making facilities, lovely shower. We had an evening meal there and it was delicious as was their breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I kept getting stones in my sandals from the shingle stuff in the car park, but that’s being exceptionally picky.

Good location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.
