Lo que no me gustó es que yo cotice una cabaña para 4 adultos y dos niños, la que me mostró la app está una cabaña a para máximo 4 adultos y 3 niños, la seleccione y realice el pago y cuando llegue allá m cobraron extra dos adultos un niño que por que lo que yo había pagado solo era el costo para dos adultos y un niño, eso no se vale hasta en la reservación decía que había dos camas matrimoniales y resultó que solo había una y la otra era un reposet super incómodo

Wonderful place. As recommendation if you are skiing and theres not enough snow, wear knee pads and gloves, apart from helmet.

We rented a cabin for 10 people in late January. Temperature was below 0 degrees Celsius for two days at night but we didn't get snow :( The trip was to celebrate a birthday and there were no kids. We prepared a menu for the 3 days and we just let the time pass. Being in the middle of nature, breathing clean air and enjoying the silence was already an adventure. You can take a walk or run around the forest/mountain during the morning and enjoy the landscape. There's a place up in the mountain where you can take a broader look of the hills and take great pictures. Cabins are comfy, all of them equipped with everything you may need, you'll have a chimney, gas or electric heaters, water services, etc. I recommend this place as a weekend disconnect from our daily stressed lives.

I went during high season, they charge like a five star hotel, and accordingly, you expect a 5 star treatment. Much to my disappointment, they only had 2 people working at reception and check-in was more than 90 minutes. On the other hand, they had like 5 people trying to sell you time-shares, but where completely useless when you asked for help. We got the room at 3pm but when we got there, the cleaning ladies were just starting to clean. They finished until 6pm. Then I took my daughters to the activities (sled, wall climbing, etc.) and to add to my frustration, I had to go to reception to buy tickets. I had to do all over the line, wait half an hour, and was told the activities were full or closed. Installations were outdated, lacking maintenance, service was horrible, reception staff ill-humored, and the cabin was definitely not 5 stars.

We staid for the thanksgiving and have a great vacations for all family, a lot of fun for kids and a lot of fun for adults, the temperature is about 35 to 45 during these time but even at these temperature you can enjoy a template swimming pool that is enclosed in a excellent temperature. You can sky, golf, ATV ride, Horse ride, play tenis, soccer, basketball and the resorts had a lot more activities.
