Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive

Best vacation I've taken. We visited Beloved for our late Honeymoon/Early 5 Year Anniversary trip and it was everything that we envisioned. We had a Terrace Suite with Plunge Pool and it was even better than expected. The beaches were beautiful and the service from Fernando was the best all week during our stay! Definitely get one of the cabanas if you can afford to. When we weren't at the beach, we were at the pool bar, which as equally as great. As for events, we wanted a quieter vibe, which led to us picking Beloved. However, Marisol had great movie trivia in the lobby and there was wonderful music in the lobby and terrace. Food wise, all of the food and service was great. Brian at Le Bisou, Benito at El Mar, and Alberto at La Isla Trattoria provided the best service. Lastly, the Spa. We went for our included Hydrotherapy session. It was great. But when you sign up for the app, they offer deals so we splurged for a massage - both my wife & I's first. LIFE-CHANGING. Both Griselda and Berenice made us feel comfortable and gave great service. I couldn't recommend Beloved enough and if we choose to visit Mexico again, we have our resort!

The room was very nice and clean. AC was cold! The restaurants were very good.

Before I stayed at the property I seen a lot of reviews saying it’s an older property, but so well up kept. This is very true! We stayed in the two story ocean view casita. Where I seen wear was the indoor hot tub and the outdoor pool you could tell they were older and had been painted over, but it didn’t take away from the beauty of the room. In our opinion the ocean view is just as good as the ocean front if you didn’t want to pay the extra money. The bed was amazing! We’ve stayed in Mexico 12 times and this was the first time that we both slept amazing every night! Loved everything about the room, the upstairs pool area and the stairs going up to the pool can be slippery. Really the only big con is they haven’t upgraded to the key card bracelets, so you have to carry around a room key with you. Which for us we kept demagnetizing it and having to go get new ones almost everyday. Good thing it’s a smaller property! The food was surprisingly very good and some delicious! The clam chowder at el mar was amazing! The sushi and ceviche yum! The taco truck delicious! Good portions too! The drinks are delicious and good variety. The cafe has great coffee drinks and delicious pastries and sweet treats. The staff is amazing and very hospitable. They have some activities that were very fun, we did the sip and paint, bracelet making and watched the magic show and the liquid show. The liquid show is absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be returning!
