Beautiful area and the staff was lovely, the hospitality and the swift service for our needs was amazing meeting. The staff really had the property well maintained and the beach area was amazing!!!!

Unbelievable attention to detail! All of the amenities were top tier and it felt like a VIP experience! We’ll remember this trip forever ❤️

We had our flight get canceled due to weather. The resort was not understanding and we lost 2 nights they wouldn’t even give us a discount I had to pay for 2 more nights. Once we got into our room the power kept going out in the room and everything would shut off. We had a nice room with the private pool. They had to come and look at it 2 times for us, the outside patio door broke off in our room and they had to come fix it. They fixed it and then the bottom latch did not line up for the door to lock. During our time there one of the nights at the steak restaurant the waiter was very rude to my wife. He eventually stopped talking to her and I had to say something. We were trying hard to not let all these things ruin the experience. The following night at another one of the restaurant my wife ordered the chicken and it was bright pink in the middle. We had the waiter come see and he was shocked they were very good with apologizing and bringing her a new meal asap! At that moment the manger from the restaurant came out and told us that he was going to make sure moving forward anywhere we ate they would make sure we would be taken care of. He did follow through with that and the rest of our time there we had no issues with the food.Out of the restaurants they had the best thing was the taco truck and the beach food! The best part of the entire stay was the waiter at the Beach. Fernando was absolutely great and wonderful if it wasn’t for him I think we would have left early.

Boutique style hotel that pampers and caters to your every need. Secluded area that is perfect for anyone that doesn’t want all the hustle and bustle of a big hotel, kids everywhere, and loud music blaring. Peaceful and relaxing. The food was amazing. Gotta get the pastor tacos from the taco truck. Shout out to Christian, Areola, Fabiola. Elvis, and Jose for outstanding service in their respective positions.

Beautiful property. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff. We stayed at roon 323. Everyone was very friendly. I would like to also say special thanks to beach concierge Dennise and waiter Louis who were excellent at the beach area. We’re looking forward to come back again

So relaxing, quiet, idyllic. We loved the experience. Quiet beach, everything is included so we would just go to the ice cream/coffee shop every couple of hours, like in a story book. We had incredibly high quality breakfast and dinner daily, classy live music at night, the whole resort wasn't too big and was enclosed, isolated from other resorts, and so quiet, and the landscaping was a main focus and was incredible...we loved the different plants and foliage, it was like being in a botanical garden. We loved to walk around and chat and just enjoy each others' company. We are 33 and 39 and most couples there were in their 40s-60s. Everyone seemed in love and enjoying each others' company. Many shimmering swimming pools as well. The AC wasn't working very well in the rooms, it was cold enough but the humidity wasn't being very well controlled. This wasn't a significant issue when compared to the rest of the ideal experience we had. We definitely want to return to this exact resort within the next year.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and delicious food!!

Beautiful property with great customer service. Fernando our server at the beach was amazing. We were a party of 6 with lots of drink and food orders. He provided exceptional service. Alberto in the breakfast dining area was wonderful as well and helped us make a reservation for dinner. The staff in the spa were equally as wonderful and Estephania, my masseuse, gave me the best massage experience I've ever had. Wonderful place to stay filled with great staff! Hope to return soon!
